I started out freelancing, then built that into OnlineAble India, and eventually formalized it as Fattdawg India Private Limited — a progression driven by the same pattern showing up again and again: businesses being sold generic websites and software that looked impressive in a pitch but didn't actually fit how they operated. My approach is the opposite — understand how a business works, what its actual pain points and revenue model are, before recommending any technology at all.

That means every project starts with discovery, not a template. Instead of immediately building what's requested, I spend time understanding why it's needed — which often leads to a simpler, more effective solution than the one originally asked for. Good design, to me, is invisible: visitors should never struggle to find information, and interfaces should guide people toward action without unnecessary complexity.

I also use AI heavily in how Fattdawg works — for research, planning, and development workflows — but as a productivity tool, not a replacement for expertise. Business strategy, architecture, and final implementation stay driven by human judgment. The goal is simple: be a trusted, long-term technology partner, not a one-time vendor.
