1. Service Cancellation

- Clients may request a cancellation of services by sending a written request via email to info@fattdawg.com.

- Cancellation requests will only be accepted if the project has not yet entered the execution or development phase.

- Once a project has started (i.e., resources have been allocated, designs prepared, or coding initiated), cancellations are not permitted.
2. Refund Policy

- Advance Payments / Booking Fees: All advance payments are non-refundable, as they secure project scheduling and resource allocation.

- Milestone Payments: Refunds for milestone-based payments will not be issued once the work for that milestone has been initiated or delivered.

- Completed Services: Payments for completed services (including design deliveries, development work, or digital campaigns) are strictly non-refundable.

- Exceptional Cases: Partial refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances (e.g., inability to deliver the service due to unforeseen reasons on FIPL’s end). Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and refund, if applicalbe, will be processed within 25-30 working days.
3. Digital Products / Creative Deliverables

- For creative design files, logos, and other digital deliverables, refunds are not applicable once the final files have been shared with the client.
4. Marketing & Advertising Services

- Payments made for SEO, PPC, or SMM campaigns are non-refundable as they involve third-party costs (e.g., ad spend, software tools, and resources) which cannot be reversed.
5. Timelines and Client Responsibilities

- Delays caused due to lack of client communication, content, or approvals will not be grounds for cancellation or refunds.

- Clients are expected to provide timely feedback and required assets for smooth project completion.
6. Policy Updates
FIPL reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or website updates.
